We begin the redesign process by discovering where your business has been, where it is now, and where it wants to go. We then analyze your current Website with those business goals in mind. We look primarily at content, design, usability and marketing. Often we find that our clients have “almost got it right” and that a little work in one area or another is all that is needed.

 
 

This is the brainstorming phase of the process. At this point we are looking for answers to a lot of questions, such as:

  • Have your business goals changed since you built your Website?
  • Is your Website effectively helping you to meet those new goals?
  • Have you defined measurable goals for the Website itself?
  • Are you meeting those goals?
  • Does your Website look dated?
  • Does it look like the rest of your business collateral?
  • Is the content accurate, concise, and easy to find?
  • Are we missing any new products or services?
  • Do your customers know about your Website?
  • Can they find it easily?
 

The scope of this phase varies depending on how the questions above were answered. In some cases minor revisions to the content, graphics, navigation or promotion can improve the Website immensely. Other times any combination of the following services may be required:
